The staff here were excellent and friendly, our room had a cozy bed, air conditioning, free WiFi, and an iron.

It has reasonably good and thoughtful employees from a really nice member of staff. The location is particularly good and perfect, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from an independent cinema. And the area is very very nice so close to Near New 

The breakfast options were excellent, the place was impressive and fairly clean, with reasonably priced food, and the staff was courteous and helpful.

This hotel was located in a central area really close to general centre of Birmingham, and the shopping/restaurants.

The hotel was luxurious and functional. I thoroughly enjoyed its reasonably good staff. Had an outstanding meal in the bar. The property was in a good and ideal location, so close to the German Christmas market. Lots of options nearby, I visited cafes and pubs so close to the 

spotless room plus coffee, a comfortable chair and an iron. public parking off site provided. not to mention good wifi!

The room was beautifully presented with 2 double beds, a fridge, and extra space. Breakfast in the bar was outstanding. The hotel's location is ideal for visiting cafes and pubs, with a cathedral and an art gallery nearby. 

The hotel has a modern design and is luxurious and functional. The location is great and absolutely perfect, with only a 5-minute walk to a landmark mall. It's a short walk to Christmas markets, restaurants, the Bullring, Broad Street, the Birmingham 

The room was spotless and huge with 2 double beds. Bar was perfect for breakfast. The staff was pleasant and attentive, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Liked the location to Christmas markets.  

The hotel is conveniently located near local bars, restaurants, canals, and within a short walking distance to a lake.

Room large and bed very comfortable, lots of space. Breakfast with a large selection.

The corridors and wheelchairs look very battered, something urgently needs to be done here. Construction site directly in front of the hotel, any view is completely gone.

The location was marvellous, you can visit The Mailbox by walking. The staff was decent and best in any situation.

The room is big and recently renovated, with a spacious bathroom that has a walk-in shower, located in a convenient area near the central station.

This place has a lovely and cozy atmosphere with friendly and efficient staff, plus an amazing breakfast featuring high-quality items.
